For the Love of Pollination!

Flowers have intrigued mankind (& not to mention woman-kind) for eons. Maybe it's their striking beauty, the intoxicating fragrant aroma, the fact that most of our food supply depends on thier pollenation... Or maybe man finally figured out it was easier to give his girl flowers rather than club her over the head & drag her back to his cave.

However you look at it, whatever your beliefs, flowers permeate deep into the livelihood & soul of every living thing on this planet.

So do yourself & everyone else a favor: Slow down everynow & then to appreciate the things that nature has to offers at no cost whatsoever. Bask in th beauty & take time to smell the flowers.

Amaranth & Corn.
They go way back.

They may have even been roomates  in college... But with all seriousness Amaranth is by far one of the most amazing grains in the world. 13g of Fiber, 26g Protein, 30% DV of Calcium, 81% for Iron, 55% for B-6, 119% for Magnesium, 980mg Potassium, & 14g of healthy fats for the brain, PER CUP!  Wow, it's also considered a complete protein & may be better for you than animal based proteins.

Corn is GREAT, when you grow it yourself...  Otherwise it's most definitley coated in chemical pesticides & genetically mutated.  Grow your own or buy organic.

Food for Thought; Food for Life; Food is Grown, Not Processed, Refined & Boxed.

Real, unadulterated, ACTUAL FOOD comes straight from the Earth. Fresh, Raw, untainted, petroleum free... Vertical greenhouses, city-wide composting programs, community gardens, feeding the world, free energy...

It may sound far fetched but it's all possible NOW! If our government can harness: nuclear fusion, nano technology, modifying genetics, etc. do you really believe we can't have free energy or self-sustainable cities?

Far too much of our food comes packaged with added ingredients for one reason or another. Eat whole foods, preferably straight from your own garden. HERE'S TO A HEALTHY POPULATION!

Weeds? Or fuel for your immune system?

Dandelion (Taraxacum Officinale) literally translates to: OFFICIAL PLANT TO REMEDY DISORDERS!

These "Weeds" may have gotten a bad wrap, but after a little research you may just find that these 'pesky' plants have played a much more important role in our past. Those benefits still apply today & vastly outweight the cons of using chemicals to kill them. Here are the FACTS about these Weeds & how your whole family can benefit.
